Duke Sports. The Story.

Created January 19, 2022. It's about legacy. And the legacy to us started with Paul Parent - the greatest dad and grandfather a family could ask for. Paul loved sports. He was an amazing coach and man. Now it is our turn to create a legacy.

The name Duke comes from two of Paul's favorite things - Duke Snider, who played for the Dodgers and John Wayne "The Duke." We named our dog Duke for this reason, and now this is why we named our company Duke Sports.

Paul never met a person that wasn't a friend. We hope to do the same.

Every now and again you will see the number 4 in designs, on our social media, and our website. Paul's number was number 4. It is a symbol to us that he is with us on this journey.

Meet Duke

Our Great Dane, named after Duke Snider and John Wayne “The Duke.”  Loves his Newfoundland brother, Miller, and sister cat, Mookie Betts.  Thinks he is a lap dog and loves to snuggle.  Also answers to “Ralphie.”
